无创血清学指标MPV、RDW、NLR、RLR、RPR对原发性胆汁性胆管炎治疗及预后判断的相关性研究

　　[目的]原发性胆汁性胆管炎（primary biliary cholangitis,PBC）是一种慢性自身免疫性肝病,以胆汁淤积和肝内小胆管进行性破坏为主要特征,如不积极治疗最终将发展为肝硬化。对于PBC患者而言,肝穿刺活检仍是目前临床上诊断、组织学分期、预后判断最准确的方法。但是由于肝穿刺活检是侵入性检查,故影响其在临床上的使用。研究表明,平均血小板体积（mean platelet volume,MPV）、红细胞分布宽度（red blood cell distribution width,RDW）、中性粒细胞淋巴细胞比值（neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR）、红细胞分布宽度血小板比值（red blood cell distribution width to Platelet Ratio,RLR）、红细胞分度宽度淋巴细胞比值（red cell width distribution to lymphocyte ratio,RPR）等无创血清学指标在慢性肝病的纤维化程度、预后判断方面具有重要价值。但是关于这些血清学指标及参数在PBC中的诊断、组织学分期、预...
