幽门螺杆菌阴性的消化性溃疡

　　随着幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染率的下降,Hp阴性消化性溃疡的比例逐渐增高。Hp阴性消化性溃疡的出血率、溃疡复发率较高,临床上诊断和治疗具有一定难度。本文就Hp阴性消化性溃疡的诊断、临床特征和致病机制作一综述。
