分子对比剂磁共振成像在炎症性肠病中的应用研究进展

MRI是炎症性肠病(IBD)诊断和疗效评估的重要检查手段。随着纳米技术的发展,分子对比剂靶向成像成为可能,但目前有关分子对比剂的临床应用多局限于神经和循环系统疾病诊断,有关IBD诊断的研究较少。肠道的吸收功能以及炎症时白细胞的大量聚集为肠道病变分子对比剂靶向成像提供了理论基础。本文就分子对比剂MRI在IBD中的应用研究进展作一综述。
