基于云平台的现代化医院综合管理系统的构建

【摘要】：目的：本课题试图从医院管理的角度出发，在云平台的基础上构建出一套适应于综合性医院的现代化综合管理系统，用于提高医院的综合绩效和管理水平。结合我国目前医院综合管理系统落后现状的原因，在对现代医院综合管理信息化建设相关理论进行梳理的基础上，以深圳市第二人民医院为例，实证分析系统的总体架构，并分模块分层次的对该系统的具体构成和功能设置作出详细的设计与探讨，同时结合医院实际情况就该系统的实施进行了效益分析，并对医院构建该系统的保障措施给出了建议。其作用是：一方面能使医院全面、正确地认识评价自己，及时发现问题和差距，寻求解决途径，提高医院管理水平；另一方面也有利于通过不断完善和改进该系统使之成为医院信息化建设的标准，并在全市乃至全国医疗卫生系统推广，为实现医疗全行业的标准提供借鉴。方法：通过文献研究法，了解目前国内外医院信息系统的建设情况，对现代化医院综合管理系统的理论进行研究，为本课题研究作理论支撑；结合相关理论和存在问题访谈了医院信息化领域的有关专家，根据深圳市第二人民医院的实际情况，设计出该系统的总体框架结构。通过详细访谈法，对医院的高层管理人员、科室主任、医务人员、行政工作人员等不同部门的系统使用者进行充分的沟通，构建出该系统的各子系统功能模块。通过问卷调查法，对门诊病人、住院病人以及医务人员对该系统的满意度调查统计，分析出该系统对医院的效益。结果：（1）分析出目前信息系统建设滞后的制约性因素，剖析出我国基于云平台的现代化医院综合管理系统建设存在的问题；（2）基于上述情况对基于云平台的医院综合管理系统提出总体框架以及各功能模块架构，，并说明云技术平台在该系统中的作用，总结归纳出该系统的功能与特点；（3）对基于云平台的现代化医院综合管理系统设计方案实施的相关评价和保障措施进行比较深入的探讨。结论：本课题通过借鉴目前国内外研究情况，根据所选择案例的具体实际情况构建出的基于云平台的现代化医院综合管理系统，具有较好的科学性和可行性，为医院在新形势下的信息化建设提供了一个客观、系统、易操作的模型。但本课题的相关研究尚处于初始阶段，仍有很多局限和不足，还需要随着实践工作的不断深入加强对系统的修改和完善。
[Abstract]:Objective: from the point of view of hospital management, this paper attempts to construct a modern comprehensive management system for general hospitals on the basis of cloud platform, which can be used to improve the comprehensive performance and management level of hospitals. Combined with the reasons of the backward situation of the hospital comprehensive management system in our country at present, on the basis of combing the relevant theories of the modern hospital comprehensive management information construction, taking the second people's Hospital of Shenzhen as an example, this paper empirically analyzes the overall structure of the system. At the same time, the detailed design and discussion of the concrete composition and function setting of the system are made, and the benefit of the system is analyzed in combination with the actual situation of the hospital. Some suggestions on how to build the system are also given. Its function is: on the one hand, it can make the hospital know and evaluate itself comprehensively and correctly, discover the problems and gaps in time, seek the way to solve, and improve the management level of the hospital; On the other hand, it is also helpful to improve and improve the system to become the standard of hospital information construction, and to popularize the medical and health system in the whole city and even in the whole country, and to provide reference for realizing the standard of the whole medical treatment industry. Methods: through the method of literature research, to understand the construction of hospital information system at home and abroad, to study the theory of modern hospital comprehensive management system, and to provide theoretical support for the research of this topic. According to the actual situation of Shenzhen second people's Hospital, the overall frame structure of the system is designed. Through the detailed interview method, the users of different departments, such as senior management, department director, medical staff, administrative staff and so on, are fully communicated, and the functional modules of each subsystem of the system are constructed. By means of questionnaire survey, the satisfaction of outpatients, inpatients and medical staff on the system was investigated and the benefit of the system to the hospital was analyzed. Results: 1) analyzing the restrictive factors behind the current information system construction, This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of modern hospital comprehensive management system based on cloud platform in China. (2) based on the above situation, the general framework of hospital comprehensive management system based on cloud platform and the structure of each functional module are put forward. The function and characteristics of cloud technology platform in the system are explained. The evaluation and guarantee measures of the design scheme of modern hospital comprehensive management system based on cloud platform are discussed deeply. Conclusion: based on the actual situation of the selected cases, the modern hospital management system based on cloud platform is scientific and feasible. It provides an objective, systematic and easy-to-operate model for the information construction of the hospital under the new situation. However, the related research of this subject is still in the initial stage, there are still many limitations and deficiencies, and it is necessary to further strengthen the system with the practice of modification and improvement.
