ICD管理系统英文版的研究和开发

　　本文研究重点集中在疾病分类系统的研究。在检讨以前的版本，调查其他国家类似的标准基础上，建设基于本地化数据库的、能够查询疾病的英文名称的网站是本研究的目标。为了了解国际疾病分类的概念不同版本的被检讨的ICD-9-CM，ICD6，ICD7，ICD8, ICD9, ICD10，ICD10-CM和ICD-10-PCS，ICD-10-CA，ICD-11进行了审查，并，文学和编码技术的进展和趋势进行了分析。必要性，特殊性，相似性和相关成本进行了分析，并ICD教育需要及其不同版本对比按问题和答案方式。由于这项研究在中国目前正在经行，笔者特别关注中国和医院信息系统，公共卫生和健康相关标准深入审查，以获得其中中国代表的想法，以及如何是中国本地化ICD的情况后检讨中国的情况下，需要了解其他国家的竞争力是必要的，所以在澳大利亚，加拿大，德国，韩国和美国的情况也进行了分析。为了做到ICD的网站在中国本土化和为中国用户准备网站，需要特别注意对中国人的风俗和习惯，因为深深的文化相关的问题，因此研究网站总成部分要考虑一些列问题如语言编写的英文网站，图片，符号，颜色，导航，内容，格式等进行。最后在NetBeans软件的帮助下，实现网站本地化，实现英文界面，能够查询超过61000种疾病。
