【摘要】:目的了解人工游泳池水中致病菌的污染情况。方法于2013—2014年,采集平阳县全部15家正常营业人工游泳池水样进行细菌总数、大肠菌群及致病菌的检测。分离的致病菌进行系统鉴定,并对部分致病菌进行药敏试验、毒力检测。结果共检测250件水样,检出致病菌75株,检出率为30.0%;铜绿假单胞菌的检出率最高(7.6%),沃氏葡萄球菌检出率为5.6%,金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为3.6%。分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(9株)、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(23株)对万古霉素、利福平均敏感,其次对青霉素G敏感率最低(分别为22.2%,13.0%),对红霉素、四环素等有不同程度耐药;检出的铜绿假单胞菌(19株)对临床上常用的抗生素未发现耐药情况。金黄色葡萄球菌的肠毒素阳性率为77.8%(7/9);嗜水气单胞菌的脱脂奶平板试验阳性率为80%(4/5)。结论该县人工游泳池水中存在致病菌,且有较高的污染率,部分致病菌带有毒力,对游泳者健康有一定程度的威胁。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contamination of pathogenic bacteria in artificial swimming pool water. Methods from 2013 to 2014, all 15 water samples of artificial swimming pool in Pingyang County were collected for the total number of bacteria. The detection of coliform bacteria and pathogenic bacteria. The isolated pathogenic bacteria were systematically identified, and some pathogenic bacteria were tested by drug sensitivity test and virulence test. Results A total of 250 samples of water samples were detected and 75 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected. The detection rate was 30.0%. The detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the highest (7.6%), the detection rate of Staphylococcus Vulgaris was 5.6, the detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 3.6.The isolated Staphylococcus aureus was 9 strains). 23 strains of coagulase negative staphylococci were sensitive to vancomycin and rifampicin on average, followed by penicillin G strain. Tetracycline and so on have different degree of drug resistance; 19 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa) were not found to be resistant to antibiotics commonly used in clinic. The positive rate of enterotoxin of Staphylococcus aureus was 77.8%. The positive rate of skimmed milk plate test of Aeromonas hydrophila was 80 / 4 / 5. Conclusion there are pathogenic bacteria in the water of artificial swimming pool in this county, and some of them are virulent. There is a certain degree of danger to the swimmer's health.
