【摘要】：目的了解内蒙古地区戒烟门诊吸烟者人群特点、吸烟状况、戒烟意愿等情况,为更有效的开展戒烟门诊服务提供科学依据。方法在自治区3家戒烟门诊共调查117名前来戒烟者。结果 88%的吸烟者烟龄在6~30年、73.5%的吸烟者日均吸烟量在10~30支及43.1%的吸烟者尼古丁依赖程度为重度;17.9%和46.2%的吸烟者决定从今天和1周后开始戒烟,67.5%的吸烟者觉得戒烟难度大;80.3%和72.6%的吸烟者选择和其他吸烟的人在一起时及饮酒时更容易吸烟;仅有24.0%和10.3%的吸烟者是靠宣传资料及报纸或媒体得知戒烟门诊;6.8%和3.4%的吸烟者分别维持戒烟1个月和3个月。结论内蒙古地区戒烟门诊戒烟率很低,要通过掌握戒烟人群特点,强化戒烟意愿、创建戒烟支持性环境、加大宣传力度等综合措施,进一步加强戒烟门诊工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics, smoking status and willingness of smokers in outpatient outpatient smoking cessation in Inner Mongolia. Methods A total of 117 smokers were investigated in 3 outpatient smoking cessation clinics in the Autonomous region. Results 88% of smokers were smoking aged from 6 to 30 years. The average daily smoking amount of 73.5% smokers was 1030 cigarettes and 43.1% smokers had severe nicotine dependence. 17.9% and 46.2% smokers decided to quit smoking from today and a week later. 67.5% of smokers found it difficult to quit smoking. 80.3% and 72.6% of smokers were more likely to smoke when they were with other smokers and when drinking; Only 24.0% and 10.3% smokers were informed of the outpatient smoking cessation clinic by means of propaganda materials and newspapers or media. In 6.8% and 3.4% smokers, smoking cessation was maintained for 1 month and 3 months respectively. Conclusion the smoking cessation rate in outpatient outpatient smoking cessation in Inner Mongolia is very low, and it is necessary to strengthen the willingness to quit by mastering the characteristics of smoking cessation population. To establish supportive environment for smoking cessation and strengthen propaganda and other comprehensive measures to further strengthen outpatient work.
