实习护生食用早餐频率与积极心理资本的关系

【摘要】:目的了解实习护生食用早餐频率与积极心理资本关系,为实习护生心理健康促进工作提供理论依据。方法方便抽取四川、云南、广东、江苏、吉林、湖北6省15所学校2 854名实习护生为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、积极心理资本问卷进行调查。结果实习护生每周食用早餐7,5~6,3~4,1~2和0次的比例分别为60.93%,20.95%,11.63%,5.40%和1.09%,其积极心理资本得分依次为(4.88±0.79)(4.64±0.71)(4.57±0.75)(4.36±0.73)和(4.21±0.69)分,每天食用早餐的实习护生积极心理资本得分高于每周食用早餐5~6,3~4,1~2,0次者,差异有统计学意义(F=34.835,P0.05)。实习护生食用早餐频率对积极心理资本有预测作用,食用早餐频率提高一个单位,积极心理资本得分增加8%。结论每天吃早餐的实习护生比例较低。实习护生每天吃早餐对积极心理资本产生积极的影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the relationship between breakfast frequency and positive psychological capital of nursing students, and to provide theoretical basis for mental health promotion of nursing students. Methods Sichuan, Yunnan, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Jilin were selected conveniently. A total of 2 854 nursing students from 15 schools in 6 provinces of Hubei Province were investigated by general situation questionnaire and positive psychological capital questionnaire. The ratios of 1 and 0 times were 60.93 and 20.955.40% and 1.09%, respectively. The scores of positive psychological capital were 4.88 卤0.79, 4.64 卤0.71, 4.57 卤0.75, 4.36 卤0.73) and 4.21 卤0.69, respectively. The score of positive psychological capital of nursing students who ate breakfast every day was higher than that of those who ate breakfast every week. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The frequency of eating breakfast for nursing students had a predictive effect on positive psychological capital, and the frequency of eating breakfast increased by one unit. Conclusion the proportion of nursing students who eat breakfast every day is lower.
