【摘要】:目的初步评估珠三角某市管网末梢水中化学污染物对人体健康产生的潜在风险。方法于2015年1-12月,对珠三角某市160份管网末梢水中5种基因毒物质(砷、六价铬、镉、三氯甲烷和四氯化碳)和12种躯体毒物质(铅、汞、硒、氰化物、氟化物、硝酸盐、铁、氨氮、锰、铜、锌和挥发酚)进行检测,采用美国国家环境保护局(US EPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对上述17种化学污染物通过饮水途径所引起的健康风险做出初步评价。结果珠三角某市管网末梢水中化学污染物所引起的致癌风险介于3.10×10-10/a~2.92×10-5/a之间,非致癌风险介于0.08×10-11/a~95.24×10-11/a之间,总健康风险为3.66×10-5/a。个人致癌风险由高至低分别为六价铬砷三氯甲烷镉四氯化碳,个人非致癌风险由高至低分别为氟化物硝酸盐铅铜汞硒氨氮铁锌氰化物锰挥发酚。结论珠三角某市管网末梢水中17种化学污染物对人体健康产生的个人健康风险水平均在国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)规定的最大可接受风险水平(5.0×10-5/a)范围内。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the potential health risk of chemical pollutants in pipe network endings in a city of Pearl River Delta from 2015 to December. Five genotoxic substances (arsenic, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride) and 12 somatic toxic substances (lead, mercury, selenium, cyanide, fluoride and nitrate) were used in 160 samples of pipe-end water in Pearl River Delta. Iron, ammonia nitrogen, manganese, copper, zinc and volatile phenols are detected. Adoption of US EPAs by the National Environmental Protection Agency of the United States. The recommended health risk assessment model makes a preliminary evaluation of the health risk caused by the 17 chemical pollutants in drinking water. Results the carcinogenic risk caused by chemical pollutants in the end of pipe network in a city of Pearl River Delta is introduced. Between 3.10 脳 10 ~ (-10) / a and 2.92 脳 10 ~ (-5) / a. The non-carcinogenic risk was between 0.08 脳 10-11 / AQ 95.24 脳 10-11 / a. The total health risk was 3.66 脳 10 ~ (-5) / a. The personal non-carcinogenic risk from high to low is fluorides, nitrate, lead, copper, mercury, selenium, ammonia, iron, zinc, cyanide, manganese, manganese, volatile phenols. Conclusion 17 kinds of chemical pollutants in the water of pipe network endings in Pearl River Delta have a personal health wind.
