兰州市城关区托幼机构膳食管理研究

【摘要】：目的：调查兰州市城关区托幼机构膳食管理及运行现状、分析相关影响因素,为进一步实施规范管理提供参考。方法：参照《托儿所幼儿园卫生保健工作规范》,根据兰州市城关区托幼机构地域分布(市区、城乡结合部)、有无依托单位或单位属性,设计《兰州市城关辖区托幼机构膳食管理及KAP问卷》。分层按比例随机抽样法,从266家托幼机构中选取122家作为调查对象,对选定的托幼机构相关负责人进行问卷调查及实地核对相关工作记录,汇总资料与上述规范进行比对分析研究。结果：兰州市城关辖区托幼机构膳食管理与国家规范要求相比有差距,不同级别托幼机构差别较大,一级托幼机构合格率明显高于二级和三级；膳食运行现状得分情况差异较为明显,一级、二级、三级机构的得分率分别为2.64、2.45、2.32,并且经方差分析三者之间存在统计学差异性(P0.01)；此外,同级托幼机构差别也较大。分析其影响因素,主要与园所性质、管理人员的专业、学历、保健医是否为专职等关联性较大。结论：兰州市城关辖区托幼机构整体不能够完全达到国家规范要求。其中一级托幼机构硬件配备良好,但需在人员专业知识和行为方面进一步加强管理；二、三级托幼机构多为私立,受制于生源、国家支持政策(如经费有无划拨、收费自负盈亏及商业助力等因素),需政府、社会综合参与在园所布局、准入标准、日常监控、淘汰等环节进一步规范管理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the current situation of dietary management and operation of kindergartens in Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, and analyze the related influencing factors to provide reference for the further implementation of standardized management. Methods: according to the "Nursery and Kindergarten Health Care work Standard", according to the regional distribution of nursery and child care institutions in Chengguan District, Lanzhou City (urban area, urban and rural areas), whether or not there are supporting units or unit attributes. Design "dietary management and KAP questionnaire of kindergarten institutions in Chengguan district of Lanzhou". Stratified random sampling method, selected 122 of 266nursery institutions as the survey object. Carry on the questionnaire survey and check the relevant work record to the related person in charge of the selected nursery and child institution, summarize the data and carry on the comparative analysis and research with the above specification. Results: the dietary management of kindergartens in Chengguan district of Lanzhou city was different from the national standard. The difference of different levels of kindergartens was significant. The qualified rate of primary kindergartens was significantly higher than that of secondary and third-level institutions. The scores of the present status of dietary operation were significantly different. The scoring rates of the first, second and third level institutions were 2.64 卤2.45 and 2.32, respectively. And there was statistical difference among them by ANOVA (P 0.01). In addition, the difference of the same level of child-care institutions is also great. The analysis of the influencing factors is mainly related to the nature of the garden, the professional degree of the management staff, the degree of education, and whether the health care and medical care is full-time or not. Conclusion: the kindergartens in Chengguan district of Lanzhou can not fully meet the requirements of the national norms. The first-level kindergartens are well equipped with hardware, but they need to strengthen their management in terms of their professional knowledge and behavior. Second, most of the tertiary child-care institutions are private, subject to the source of students, and state support policies (such as whether funds are allocated, fees and charges are self-financing and business support, etc.) require the government and society to participate comprehensively in the layout of the park.
