一种头孢类强致敏性药物粉尘的防治研究

【摘要】:7-氨基头孢烷酸(简称7-ACA)是头孢菌素关键性中间体,具有强致敏性,且对作业人员及环境的影响非常严重。石药集团中润制药有限公司7-ACA的产量在全国排名第一,企业的清洁及安全生产对我国头孢类药物的健康发展起到了举足轻重的作用。本课题结合企业生产车间粉尘现状,对7-ACA药物粉尘防治对策进行研究,制定有针对性的防治技术方案,为石药集团中润制药有限公司车间7-ACA粉尘综合治理工程的实施提供必要的理论及技术支持。 对比研究了国内外针对药物粉尘控制的危害分级分类,明确了对该类粉尘进行管理的依据。结合7-ACA生产工艺,辨识关键产尘点及产尘原因,,查找产尘原因及现有粉尘防治对策的缺陷。进行工艺设备改造,将干燥、过筛、分装设备及粉体输送生产工艺过程密闭化,从源头上解决了生产过程中药尘的产生。进行通风系统及除尘装置改造,优化了气流组织,车间内采用侧送下侧回的通风方式,将原有袋式除尘器改为滤筒式除尘器。加强个体防护,确定高致敏性粉尘岗位呼吸防护用品配备标准,采用高过滤效率的滤棉,使在正常工作环境中实际接触的高致敏性粉尘浓度低于0.001mg/m~3。 课题研究对中润公司7-ACA药物粉尘防治工作具有重要的指导意义,也为同行业及类似企业的进行强致敏性药物粉尘的防治提供了技术参考及借鉴。
[Abstract]:7-Aminocefosporinic acid (7-ACAA) is a key intermediate of cephalosporin, which is highly sensitive and has a very serious impact on workers and environment. The output of 7-ACA in Zhongrun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shiyao Group, ranks first in China. The clean and safe production of enterprises has played an important role in the healthy development of cephalosporins in China. In order to provide necessary theoretical and technical support for the implementation of 7-ACA comprehensive dust control project in the workshop of Zhongrun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In this paper, the classification and classification of the hazards of drug dust control at home and abroad are comparatively studied, and the basis for the management of this kind of dust is clarified. Combined with the 7-ACA production process, the key dust producing points and the causes of dust production are identified. To find out the causes of dust production and the defects of existing measures for dust prevention and control. The process equipment was reformed and the drying, sifting, packing equipment and powder conveying process were sealed. The production of traditional Chinese medicine dust was solved from the source. The ventilation system and dust removal device were reformed, the airflow organization was optimized, and the ventilation mode was adopted in the workshop. Change the original bag dust collector into a filter tube type dust collector. Strengthen individual protection, determine the standard of respiratory protection equipment for high sensitive dust post, and adopt filter cotton with high filtration efficiency. The concentration of highly sensitive dust actually exposed in normal working environment is less than 0. 001 mg / m ~ (3). The research is of great significance to the prevention and control of 7-ACA drug dust in Zhongrun Company, and it also provides a technical reference for the prevention and treatment of highly sensitive drug dust in the same industry and similar enterprises.
