重庆市农村留守老人饮食行为特征及影响因素

【摘要】：目的了解重庆市农村留守老人饮食行为特征及影响因素。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,对农村老人进行现场调查,统计分析。结果重庆农村留守老人和非留守老人饮食行为总评情况无明显差异(P=0.112);留守老人与非留守老人每日餐次(P=0.044)、就餐时间(P=0.011)、膳食制作(P=0.000)、食用油使用(P=0.001)、饮水量(P=0.005)、饮酒(P=0.047)之间差异显著。年龄、性别和民族是农村留守老人和非留守老人饮食行为的共同影响因素(P0.05);居住地和婚姻状况仅对农村留守老人饮食行为带来影响(P0.05)。结论农村留守老人饮食文化受传统习惯及民族风俗影响,对老年健康知识知之甚少,缺乏健康饮食的意识。每个公民和社会都应担负起关爱留守老人的责任,改善留守老人的生活现状,引导他们选择合理的饮食,促进身体的健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the dietary behavior characteristics and influencing factors of the rural left-behind elderly in Chongqing. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the rural elderly on the spot. Results there was no significant difference in dietary behavior between the left-behind and non-left-behind elderly people in the rural areas of Chongqing, and there was no significant difference in dietary behavior between the left-behind and non-left-behind elderly people, the daily meal time of the left-behind elderly and the non-left-behind elderly was 0.044, the meal time was 0.011, the food production was P0.000, the edible oil was used with P0.001, and the water consumption was P0.005. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Sex and nationality are the common influencing factors of the diet behavior of the left-behind and non-left-behind elderly in rural areas, and the living place and marital status only affect the dietary behavior of the left-behind elderly in rural areas. Conclusion the dietary culture of the rural left-behind elderly is traditional. The influence of customs and customs, Every citizen and society should shoulder the responsibility of caring for the elderly, improve their living conditions, guide them to choose a reasonable diet and promote their health.
