湘潭市医疗机构X射线诊断机房防护检测情况分析

【摘要】：目的掌握湘潭市医疗机构X射线诊断机房防护水平,保护放射工作人员及公众的放射安全与身体健康。方法依据《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》GBZ130-2013的要求,对X射线诊断机房进行屏蔽设施情况现场调查及防护检测。结果 2015年度调查的88家医疗机构防护总合格率为85.2%;检测的168间X射线诊断机房防护检测总合格率为92.3%。结论湘潭市当前更新和淘汰老旧的X射线诊断机和机房门,才是提高放射防护正当化、最优化的重中之重。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the level of protection of X-ray diagnostic machine room in Xiangtan medical institution and to protect the radiation safety and health of radiation workers and the public. Methods according to the requirements of GBZ130-2013 for medical X-ray diagnostic radiation protection, Results the total qualified rate of 88 medical institutions investigated in 2015 was 85.2, and the total qualified rate of 168 X-ray diagnostic machine rooms was 85.2. Conclusion Xiangtan City is currently updating and eliminating the old X-ray diagnostic machine and the door of the machine room. Is to improve the legitimacy of radiation protection, optimization of the top priority.
