饮用水输配系统中条件致病菌的健康风险和生长因素

【摘要】:一类新型的饮用水致病菌——条件致病菌,已成为饮用水相关介水传播疾病暴发的重要病原之一。条件致病菌能在管道系统贫营养饮用水环境中再生长,具备耐热、抗消毒剂能力,并可通过呼吸吸入、皮肤接触等方式侵入人体。饮用水系统是条件致病菌感染人体的主要途径。简要介绍了饮用水输配水系统中条件致病菌的检出情况和致病风险,并对影响饮用水系统中条件致病菌再生长的关键因素(例如水温、消毒剂、管材、生物因素)进行了深入讨论,并分析了控制条件致病菌风险的相关措施。
[Abstract]:A new type of pathogenic bacteria in drinking water, conditioned pathogens, has become one of the most important pathogens in the outbreaks of water-borne diseases related to drinking water. The conditional pathogenic bacteria can grow again in the poor nutrition drinking water environment of the pipeline system, have the ability of heat resistance and antidisinfectant, and can invade the human body by breathing inhalation, skin contact and so on. Drinking water system is the main way of infection of conditional pathogens. The detection and pathogenic risk of conditional pathogens in drinking water distribution system are briefly introduced, and the key factors (such as water temperature, disinfectant, pipe material) affecting the regrowth of conditional pathogenic bacteria in drinking water system are discussed. Biological factors were discussed, and the measures to control the risk of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed.
