不同方法清洗消毒感染类呼吸机外管路的效果研究

【摘要】：目的研究手工清洗消毒和清洗机清洗消毒对感染类呼吸机外管路的清洗消毒效果,为探讨最佳的清洗消毒方案提供依据。方法将2013年1月-2015年1月137件次感染类呼吸机外管路随机分成2组,A组66件次,B组71件次,分别进行手工清洗消毒(A组)和清洗机清洗消毒(B组)处理后做清洁度、干燥度和细菌学检测。结果A、B 2组清洁度分别为100%和95.77%,干燥度均为100%,细菌培养阳性率分别为4.55%和1.41%,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 2种方法对此类管路清洗消毒效果均符合要求,清洗消毒质量可靠,为保证医疗安全和管路保障工作顺利开展,可实行联合清洗消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the efficacy of manual cleaning and disinfecting the external pipeline of infected ventilator, and to provide the basis for the best cleaning and disinfection scheme. Methods from January 2013 to January 2015, 137 external tubes of infected ventilators were randomly divided into two groups: group A (66 cases) and group B (71 cases) were treated with manual cleaning and disinfection (group A) and cleaning machine (group B). Dry degree and bacteriological examination. Results the cleanliness and dryness were 100% and 95.77%, and the positive rates of bacterial culture were 4.55% and 1.41% in group A and B _ 2, respectively. There was no significant difference between them (P 0.05). Conclusion both of the two methods can meet the requirements and the quality of cleaning and disinfection is reliable. In order to ensure the safety of medical treatment and the smooth development of pipeline protection, combined cleaning and disinfection can be carried out.
