包头市区儿童尿中稀土元素浓度调查

【摘要】:目的了解包头市区儿童尿中17种稀土元素浓度。方法于2015年6—7月,按照分层抽样法采集包头市区144名健康小学生晨尿,选择信息收集完整、尿液足量且肌酐浓度在正常范围的136人,测定尿中镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、钪和钇的浓度。结果包头市区儿童尿中镧、铈、镨、钕、钐和钇的浓度分别为(1.0±0.73)、(1.6±1.1)、(0.50±0.37)、(0.81±0.62)、(1.49±1.91)、(0.87±0.38)μg/g Cr,钷、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥和钪均未检出。仅11~13岁组儿童尿中镨的浓度高于9~10岁组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);而各年龄组儿童尿中镧、铈、钕、钐和钇的浓度间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。各年龄组不同性别儿童尿中镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、钇浓度间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论包头市区环境稀土污染可能对当地儿童健康造成影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the concentration of 17 rare earth elements in the urine of children in Baotou city. Methods from 6 to July 2015, the morning urine of 144 healthy pupils in Baotou city was collected by stratified sampling, and 136 people in the normal range were collected and collected. The urine, cerium, praseodymium, Nd, SM, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium were measured in the urine of 144 healthy pupils in Baotou city. Results the concentration of lutetium, scandium and yttrium. Results the concentrations of lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, Nd, SM and yttrium in the urine of Baotou urban children were (1 + 0.73), (1.6 + 1.1), (0.81 + 0.37), (1.49 + 0.62), (1.49 + 1.91), (0.87 + 0.38) mu g/g Cr, europium, EU, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, holmium, erbium, thulium, ytterbium, and scandium were not detected. The concentration of praseodymium in urine of children of 11~13 years old was higher than that of 9~10 years. There was statistical significance (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the concentrations of lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, samarium and yttrium in the urine of children in all age groups (P0.05). There was no significant difference between the urine of different sex children in the urine of different sex children (P0.05). Conclusion the difference between the lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, neodymium, samarium and yttrium in the urine of children of different age groups was not statistically significant (P0.05). Health has an impact.
