基于规律性体育运动的四川省老年人群健康干预效果研究

【摘要】:目的:探寻规律性体育运动干预对老年人健康水平的改善效果,并比较不同运动方式对老年人健康评价和生化指标的影响。方法:采用问卷法(SF-36量表、生化指标检验)、访谈法、统计检验方法。结果:慢跑与竞走对老年人生理健康干预效果最好;太极拳在干预老年人的心理健康和生化指标上有优势;健身操和球类运动在多数指标上对老年人身心健康有改善作用;散步对老年人健康干预的效果有限。结论:长期和规律的体育运动可以提高老年人健康水平和生活质量;社区在老年人规律性体育运动中应起到组织、指导和监督作用;基层卫生人员应作为实施运动干预的主体;政府应为老年人群规律性体育运动提供基础设施保障。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of regular sports intervention on the health level of the elderly, and to compare the effects of different exercise styles on the health evaluation and biochemical indexes of the elderly. Methods: SF-36 scale, biochemical index test, interview and statistical test were used. Results: jogging and walking had the best effect on the physical health of the elderly, Taijiquan had advantages in intervening the mental health and biochemical indexes of the elderly, aerobics and ball games could improve the physical and mental health of the elderly in most indexes. The effect of walking on elderly health intervention is limited. Conclusion: Long-term and regular sports can improve the health level and quality of life of the elderly, community should play a role of organization, guidance and supervision in regular sports for the elderly, primary health personnel should be the main body of exercise intervention. The government should provide infrastructure for regular sports for the elderly.
