基于DNA的汞离子检测研究进展

【摘要】:汞是一种分布广泛的剧毒污染物,即使在极低浓度下也会对环境与公众健康造成极大危害,因此大量技术被应用于快速简便地检测汞离子。DNA中的胸腺嘧啶(T碱基)被证明可与汞离子发生反应形成T-Hg-T结构,其稳定性要远远强于T碱基与其互补碱基的相互作用,一系列利用多T碱基DNA序列的新方法被用于检测汞离子。现介绍基于DNA的比色、荧光、纳米金和电化学的汞离子检测方法及发展现状。
[Abstract]:Mercury is a widely distributed highly toxic pollutant that can cause great harm to the environment and public health even at very low concentrations, Therefore, a large number of techniques have been applied to the rapid and simple detection of thymidine T bases in mercury ions. DNA) has been proved to react with mercury ions to form T-Hg-T structures, and its stability is much better than the interaction between T bases and their complementary bases. A series of new methods using multiple T-base DNA sequences have been used to detect mercury ions. This paper introduces the methods and development of mercury ion detection based on DNA, such as colorimetry, fluorescence, nanocrystalline gold and electrochemistry.
