小米对高血糖小鼠保健功能及辅助疗效研究

【摘要】:以高血糖小白鼠为试验对象,在基础饲料中添加不同比例的小米,与基础饲料和大米作对照,研究小米对高血糖小白鼠空腹血糖值、健康状况和生命活力的影响。试验表明:1.在基础饲料中添加不同比例的小米或大米饲喂高血糖小白鼠,对小白鼠的采食量和体重没有影响。2.用小米部分替代基础饲料,可以明显抑制高血糖小白鼠空腹血糖值的升高趋势。随着小米在饲料中所占比例的提高,抑制效果逐渐加强,当小米比例达到80%时,饲喂30天小白鼠空腹血糖值下降4.6%,基础对照升高7.1%;用大米替代基础饲料,随着大米添加比例的增加,高血糖小白鼠血糖值的升高幅度越来越大。当大米比例达到80%时,小白鼠空腹血糖值升高23.7%。3.采用胰岛素治疗高血糖小白鼠,用80%比例的小米替代基础饲料,可以显著提高疗效。给药30天后,饲喂基础饲料的小白鼠空腹血糖值升高5.2%,而饲喂小米的试验组仅升高2.7%。4.饲喂含小米饲料的小白鼠,精神状态良好,饮食情况正常,皮毛光亮,作息时间较为规律,行动灵活;饲喂含不同比例大米的小白鼠精神状况不佳,明显嗜睡,毛发稀疏且光泽变暗,其中,20%、40%比例大米组有轻微的脱毛现象;60%、80%比例大米组有严重的脱毛现象,背部、腹部均有不愈合的血块;饲喂基础饲料或在基础饲料中添加不同比例的大米,均有死亡情况发生,其中基础饲料组死亡率40%,80%大米组死亡率50%,而所有小米组死亡率为0。试验表明,在基础饲料中添加一定比例小米,可以明显改善高血糖小白鼠的健康状况,维持正常的生命活力;在基础饲料中添加大米,高血糖小白鼠的健康状况不好,生命活力下降。5.用80%比例的小米替代基础饲料与基础饲料组对比,在试验期30天内,小白鼠的糖耐量没有差异。
[Abstract]:The effects of millet on fasting blood glucose level, health status and vitality of hyperglycemic mice were studied by adding different proportions of millet into basic diet and compared with basic diet and rice. The experiment shows that 1: 1. Adding different proportion of millet or rice to the basic diet did not affect the feed intake and body weight of the mice. The increasing trend of fasting blood glucose in hyperglycemic mice could be obviously inhibited by replacing basic diet with millet. With the increase of millet proportion in feed, the inhibition effect was gradually strengthened. When millet ratio reached 80, the fasting blood glucose value of mice fed for 30 days decreased 4.6, and the basal control increased 7.1%. With the increase of the proportion of rice, the increase of blood glucose in hyperglycemic mice was more and more. When the rice ratio reached 80, the fasting blood glucose of the mice increased 23. 7% and 3. 3%. Using insulin to treat hyperglycemic mice and replacing basic diet with 80% millet can significantly improve the curative effect. After 30 days of administration, the fasting blood glucose level of the mice fed basic diet increased by 5.2 and 2.7.4in the test group fed millet. The mice fed with millet feed had a good mental state, a normal diet, a bright fur, a regular schedule and flexible actions; the mice fed with different proportions of rice were in poor mental condition and were obviously drowsiness. The hair was sparse and the gloss was darkened. There was slight depilation in the rice group (40%) and severe depilation in the rice group (60% / 80%). There were blood clots in the back and abdomen. The mortality rate of basic diet group was 40% 80% rice group was 50%, while that of all millet group was 0%. The experiment shows that adding a certain proportion of millet to the basic diet can obviously improve the health status of the hyperglycemic mice and maintain the normal life vigor, and the health condition of the hyperglycemic mice is not good when rice is added to the basic diet. Decline in vitality. There was no difference in glucose tolerance between the basic diet group and the basal diet group, which was replaced by 80% millet in 30 days.
