上海浦东新区婴儿游泳场所卫生状况

【摘要】:[目的]了解上海市浦东新区婴儿游泳场所的卫生状况。[方法]于2013年7月至2014年3月对浦东新区全部65家婴儿游泳场所进行问卷调查。调查内容包括基本情况、设施及卫生管理;采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取其中19家进行空气质量、游泳池水水质以及环境物体表面卫生状况监测。[结果]结果显示婴儿游泳场所面积中位数为30.0 m2(7~150 m2);游泳场所配备的小池游泳池(1人的游泳池)平均数为4个(1~20个);39家(60.0%)设有大池游泳池(多人的游泳池);游泳池(桶)的材质多以亚克力(41/65=63.1%)和玻璃(12/65=18.5%)为主;下水口设计有50家(76.9%)使用按键式,15家(23.1%)使用格栅式;有45家(69.2%)下水口管为连通的。相对湿度均值在淡季(7—10月份)和旺季(12月至次年3月份)差异有统计学意义(t=-3.484,P0.05),二氧化碳均值、游泳池水细菌总数及大肠菌群合格率在两季差异无统计学意义(t=-1.454,χ2=0.004,χ2=0.058,均P0.05);环境物体表面样品合格率为53.4%(124/232),医院附属、母婴品机构附设、专业加盟连锁及个体创业等4类游泳场所内的环境物体表面卫生合格率差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.394,P0.05);台面类、泳圈类、玩具类、毛巾类及其他等5类不同的环境物体表面卫生合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.399,P0.05),其中毛巾类合格率最高(69.7%),泳圈类合格率最低(42.9%)。[结论]浦东新区4类婴儿游泳场所环境物体表面合格率较低,卫生部门应加快出台相关的规范标准,将该行业列入监管范围。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the hygienic condition of infant swimming place in Pudong New District, Shanghai. [methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted on 65 infant swimming places in Pudong New area from July 2013 to March 2014. The survey included basic information, facilities and sanitation management, and 19 of them were sampled by stratified random sampling to monitor air quality, swimming pool water quality and surface hygiene of environmental objects. [results] the results showed that the median area of swimming area for infants was 30.0 m ~ 2 / 7 / 150 m ~ (2); the average number of swimming pools for one person was 1 person in a swimming pool.) the average number of swimming pools was 1 ~ 20) with a large pool (swimming pool for many persons; swimming pool for one person). The main materials of the pond (barrel) are acrylic (41 / 65 / 63.1) and glass (12 / 65 / 65 / 18.5). There was statistically significant difference in the surface hygiene qualification rate of towel and other five kinds of environmental objects (蠂 ~ 2 / 10.399 / P0.05). Among them, the qualified rate of towel was the highest (69.7m), and the lowest of swimming circle was 42.9 (P < 0.05). [conclusion] the qualified rate of environmental objects in 4 kinds of infant swimming places in Pudong New area is relatively low. The health department should speed up the introduction of relevant standard standards and include this industry in the scope of supervision.
