希望水平在空巢老年慢性疼痛患者生活质量与社会支持之间中介效应

【摘要】：目的了解空巢老年慢性疼痛患者生活质量现状,并探讨空巢老年慢性疼痛患者希望水平、生活质量、社会支持之间关系及希望水平在生活质量与社会支持之间中介作用。方法 2016年2-12月,应用便利抽样方法,应用一般资料调查表、生活质量量表、赫氏希望量表、社会支持评定量表、简式Mc Gill疼痛问卷对辽宁省沈阳市(辽中县、康平县、法库县)、大连市(瓦房店市、庄河市、普兰店市)、朝阳市(朝阳县、北票市、建平县)和锦州市(黑山县、义县、凌海市)的空巢老年慢性疼痛患者进行问卷调查。对空巢老年慢性疼痛患者希望水平、社会支持和生活质量之间关系进行Pearson相关分析和中介效应分析。结果本研究共发放1 320份调查问卷,回收有效问卷1 280份,有效回收率为96.97%。空巢老年慢性疼痛患者生活质量总得分为(90.76±15.95)分,社会支持总得分为(66.48±9.79)分,希望水平总得分为(36.36±3.98)分。社会支持总得分及各个维度得分与希望水平总得分、积极态度得分和积极行为得分之间均呈正向相关关系(P0.05),与生活质量总得分之间呈正向相关关系(P0.05)。希望水平总得分及各个维度得分与其生活质量总得分之间均呈正向相关关系(P0.05)。希望水平在空巢老年慢性疼痛患者社会支持与生活质量之间起到中介作用,中介效应为0.192,占总效应为50.58%。结论空巢老年慢性疼痛患者社会支持水平不仅可以直接影响其生活质量水平,又可以通过希望水平间接影响其生活质量水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the quality of life of the elderly patients with chronic pain in empty nest, and to explore the relationship between the level of hope, the quality of life, the social support and the intermediary role of the level of hope between the quality of life and social support in the empty nest elderly patients with chronic pain. Methods a convenient sampling method was used in 2-12 months of 2016 to apply the general information questionnaire and the quality of life. The quantity scale, the Hirsch hope scale, the social support assessment scale, the simple Mc Gill pain questionnaire on the empty nest elderly chronic pain patients in Shenyang city (Liaozhong County, Kangping County, Faku County), Dalian city (Wafangdian City City, Zhuanghe City, Pulandian city), Chaoyang City (Chaoyang County, Beipiao City, Jianping county) and Jinzhou city (Heishan County, Yixian, Linghai city) Pearson correlation analysis and intermediate effect analysis were carried out on the relationship between hope level, social support and quality of life in empty nest elderly patients with chronic pain. Results a total of 1320 questionnaires were issued and 1280 valid questionnaires were collected. The total score of the effective recovery rate of 96.97%. empty nest elderly patients with chronic pain was (90). The total score of social support was (66.48 + 9.79) scores (.76 + 15.95). The total score of hope level was (36.36 + 3.98) scores. The total score of social support and the total score of each dimension and the total score of hope level, the positive attitude score and the positive behavior score were positively correlated (P0.05), and there was a positive correlation with the total score of quality of life (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between the total score and the score of all dimensions and the total score of life quality (P0.05). The level of hope was mediated by the social support and the quality of life in the elderly patients with chronic pain in empty nest. The mediating effect was 0.192 and the total effect was 50.58%. Conclusion the social support water of the empty nest elderly patients with chronic pain was social support water. Ping can not only directly affect the quality of life, but also indirectly affect the quality of life through the level of hope.
