UV和过硫酸钠联合消毒强化饮用水中微生物的灭活效果

【摘要】:为了研究紫外线联合消毒的协同作用,获得更高效的饮用水不易灭活微生物消毒手段,本研究采用紫外线消毒及过硫酸钠消毒的方式,研究其对大肠杆菌以及枯草芽孢杆菌的灭活效果,通过平板计数法对其灭活效果进行定量评估。结果表明:过硫酸钠协同紫外线消毒,对大肠杆菌灭活有明显效果(紫外光强113.0μW/cm2,过硫酸钠浓度为0.5 mmol/L情况下照射10 min,灭活率超过6 lg);单独过硫酸钠对枯草芽孢杆菌基本无灭活效果,过硫酸钠浓度为0.5 mmol/L情况下10 min的灭活率仅为0.98个对数级;单独紫外线消毒对枯草芽孢杆菌的灭活效果较好,光强为113.0μW/cm2、照射时间10 min可达3.48个对数级;采用联合消毒时,过硫酸钠与紫外线联合消毒在一定程度上对灭活枯草芽孢杆菌有积极影响,最佳情况下可较单独UV消毒和单独过硫酸钠消毒分别增加0.90和3.40个对数级。紫外过硫酸钠联合消毒有望成为一种高效的饮用水微生物消毒方式,并在给水领域得到广泛应用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the synergistic effect of ultraviolet combined disinfection and to obtain more efficient disinfection methods for drinking water, ultraviolet disinfection and sodium persulfate disinfection were used in this study. The inactivation effect of Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis was studied. The results showed that sodium persulfate combined with ultraviolet disinfection, The inactivation rate of Escherichia coli was more than 6 lgg after irradiation with UV intensity of 113.0 渭 W / cm ~ (2) and sodium persulfate concentration of 0.5 mmol/L, while sodium persulfate alone had no inactivation effect on Bacillus subtilis. When the concentration of sodium persulfate was 0.5 mmol/L, the inactivation rate of 10 min was only 0.98 logarithmic grade, the effect of UV disinfection alone on Bacillus subtilis was better, the light intensity was 113.0 渭 W / cm ~ 2, and the irradiation time of 10 min could reach 3.48 logarithmic grade. The combined disinfection of sodium persulfate and ultraviolet radiation had positive effects on the inactivation of Bacillus subtilis to some extent. Under the optimum conditions, the logarithmic levels of 0.90 and 3.40 logarithmic grades were increased respectively compared with those of single UV disinfection and sodium persulfate disinfection alone. Ultraviolet sodium persulfate combined disinfection is expected to be a highly effective disinfection method for drinking water microorganisms, and widely used in the field of water supply.
