某聚氯乙烯生产企业工人职业健康状况分析

【摘要】:目的探讨接触氯乙烯对作业工人健康的影响。方法以某聚氯乙烯生产企业中职业性接触氯乙烯单体超过1.0年的137名工人为观察组,以同地区无职业性接触氯乙烯的148名工人为对照组,对2组工人在岗期间职业健康检查结果进行分析。结果观察组工人接触的氯乙烯时间加权平均浓度的中位数(M)和第0~100百分位数(P0~P100)为0.30(0.05~15.41)mg/m~3,超标率为20.0%。观察组工人肝功能和肝脏B型超声波的异常率均高于对照组(19.7%vs 8.8%,46.7%vs 23.0%,P0.01)。观察组工人中,氯乙烯接触水平超标亚组和非超标亚组工人的肝功能和肝脏B型超声波异常率分别比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);工龄≥4.0年亚组工人肝脏B型超声波异常率高于工龄4.0年亚组(53.2%vs 32.6%,P0.05),但工龄4.0年亚组和工龄≥4.0年亚组工人肝功能异常率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论长期接触氯乙烯可导致工人肝脏病理学和功能学改变,工龄是其危险因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of exposure to vinyl chloride on the health of workers exposed to vinyl chloride. Methods 137 workers with occupational exposure to vinyl chloride monomer for more than 1.0 years in a polyvinyl chloride production enterprise were selected as observation group and 148 workers without occupational exposure to vinyl chloride in the same area as control group. The results of occupational health examination in two groups of workers were analyzed. Results in the observation group, the median value of the weighted mean concentration of vinyl chloride in exposure time (M) and the 0 ~ (100) percentile (P _ (0) P _ (100) were 0.30 ~ 0.05 ~ 15.41 mg / m ~ (-1), and the rate of exceeding the standard was 20.0%. The abnormal rate of liver function and B-mode ultrasound in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (19.7 vs 8.8 vs 46.7 vs 23.0 P 0.01). In the observation group, the liver function and the abnormal rate of B-mode ultrasound were compared between the workers with the exposure level of vinyl chloride and the workers in the non-superscript ed subgroup, respectively.
