SD大鼠肾脏非肿瘤自发病变分析

【摘要】:目的探讨不同周龄和性别的SD大鼠肾脏非肿瘤病变发生情况。方法收集亚急性毒性实验、亚慢性毒性实验、1年及2年慢性毒性与致癌合并实验中空白对照组的无特定病原体级SD大鼠800只,按实验结束时大鼠周龄分别分为10、19、56和108周龄组,每组雌、雄大鼠各100只。于各自实验终末期分别处死大鼠后取肾脏组织,计算肾脏脏器系数,分析大鼠肾脏非肿瘤性病理改变情况。结果雌性大鼠肾脏脏器系数在56、108周龄组均低于10和19周龄组(P0.008);雄性大鼠肾脏脏器系数在56周龄组分别低于10和19周龄组(P0.008),在108周龄组高于56周龄组(P0.008);108周龄组雄性大鼠肾脏脏器系数高于108周龄组雌性大鼠(P0.008)。与108周龄组雄性大鼠比较,108周龄组雌性大鼠肾小管钙盐沉积、间质炎细胞浸润及肾小管扩张发生率升高(P0.05),慢性进行性肾病发生率下降(P0.01);56周龄组雌性大鼠肾小管钙盐沉积发生率高于56周龄组雄性大鼠(P0.01)。结论 SD大鼠肾脏非肿瘤自发性病变较多见,相同周龄组不同性别大鼠间部分病变的发生率不同。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence of renal non-neoplastic lesions in SD rats of different weeks of age and sex. Methods 800 SD rats with no specific pathogens were collected from subacute toxicity test, subchronic toxicity test, 1 year and 2 years chronic toxicity and carcinogenesis combined experiment. The rats were divided into 10 ~ 1956 and 108 weeks old groups according to the age of the rats at the end of the experiment. There were 100 female and 100 male rats in each group. The renal tissue was taken from the rats at the end stage of each experiment, and the renal organ coefficient was calculated, and the non-neoplastic pathological changes of the kidney of the rats were analyzed. Results the renal organ coefficient of female rats was lower than that of 10 and 19 weeks old group at 56108 weeks old, that of male rats was lower than that of 10 and 19 weeks old group at 56 weeks old group, and that of male rats was higher than that of 56 weeks old group at 10 and 19 weeks old group, and that of male rats was higher than that of 56 weeks old group. The renal organ coefficient of rats was higher than that of female rats at 108 weeks old (P 0.008). The calcium deposition of renal tubules in female rats of 108 weeks old was compared with that of male rats at 108 weeks of age. The incidence of interstitial cell infiltration and tubule dilatation was higher than that of male rats at 56 weeks of age. The incidence of chronic progressive nephropathy was decreased. The incidence of calcium deposition in renal tubules of female rats was higher than that of male rats at 56 weeks old. Conclusion Non-neoplastic spontaneous renal lesions are more common in SD rats, and the incidence of partial lesions is different among different sexes in the same age group.
