中和剂及中和产物对戊二醛消毒剂灭菌试验结果的影响研究

【摘要】:目的了解高浓度中和剂及中和产物对消毒剂灭菌试验结果的影响,为建立专门的消毒剂灭菌试验中和剂选择试验方法提供依据。方法以TSB培养基为对照,用2%戊二醛和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢进行试验,观察含不同中和剂、中和产物的TSB培养基对正常菌和消毒后残存菌生长的情况。结果所有配方中和剂及中和产物对正常菌生长无影响,但对残存菌有抑制作用,尤以含中和产物培养基明显。结论消毒剂灭菌试验采用在定量方法鉴定合格的中和剂中加入TSB培养基粉末配制培养基,造成培养体系中和剂及其中和产物浓度过高,可能引起假阴性结果;消毒后残存菌的生长复苏能力大大弱于正常菌,应以消毒后残存菌进行消毒剂灭菌试验中和剂选择试验。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of neutralizing agent and neutralizing product on the result of sterilization test of disinfectant, and to provide the basis for establishing a special method of neutralizing agent selection in sterilizing test of disinfectant. Methods using 2% glutaraldehyde and Bacillus subtilis var. Niger spores as control, the growth of normal and sterilized residual bacteria in TSB medium containing different neutralizing agents and neutralizing products was observed. Results all the neutralizers and neutralization products had no effect on the growth of normal bacteria, but had inhibitory effect on the residual bacteria, especially on the medium containing neutralization products. Conclusion in the sterilization test of disinfectant, adding TSB medium powder into the qualified neutralizer by quantitative method may result in too high concentration of neutralizer and neutralizing product in culture system, which may lead to false negative results. The growth and resuscitation ability of the residual bacteria after disinfection is much weaker than that of the normal bacteria, so the neutralizing agent selection test should be carried out with the residual bacteria after disinfection.
