三种一元过氧乙酸消毒液相关性能比较

【摘要】:目的比较瑞纳林与普通一元制剂过氧乙酸消毒相关性能,为消毒应用提供参考。方法通过理化分析和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对瑞纳林和两种品牌一元制剂过氧乙酸性能和杀菌效果进行了检测与评价。结果瑞纳林原液过氧乙酸含量为40 g/L,另两种一元制剂原液过氧乙酸含量为48~50 g/L。三种过氧乙酸在浓度1 500 mg/L的稀释液对不锈钢无腐蚀。三种过氧乙酸稀释液均不稳定。用过氧乙酸浓度为300 mg/L,作用10 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值大于7.0。结论本试验三种过氧乙酸产品均为低浓度稳定性过氧乙酸制剂,杀菌效果良好,其稀释液不稳定。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the related properties of the sterilizing of peroxy acetic acid with the common one agent, and to provide a reference for the application of disinfection. Methods by physical and chemical analysis and suspension quantitative germicidal test, the performance and germicidal efficacy of renin and two kinds of brand one agent were detected and evaluated. The result was that the content of peracetic acid was 4. 0 g/L, the other two kinds of preparation liquid peracetic acid content is 48~50 g/L. three peracetic acid in the concentration of 1500 mg/L diluted solution to stainless steel. Three peracetic acid diluents are unstable. The concentration of peracetic acid is 300 mg/L and 10 min is used. The killing of Bacillus subtilis in suspension is greater than that of 7.0. conclusion. The three kinds of peracetic acid products are low concentration stable peracetic acid preparations. The bactericidal effect is good, and the diluent is unstable.
