贵州省保健食品生产和销售现状及对策研究

【摘要】：目的了解贵州保健食品企业生产现状和保健食品销售情况,为贵州保健食品产业的发展提供对策。方法在贵州省内对持有保健食品生产批件企业和部分非保健食品生产企业进行问卷调查。同时在贵阳市随机抽取保健食品销售点,了解贵州本地保健食品销售情况。结果贵州生产的保健食品种类排在前3位的是增强免疫力、辅助降血脂和缓解体力疲劳;剂型以胶囊剂、口服液、片剂为主;年生产量主要在500吨以内;37.50%企业保健食品销售额占企业总销售额的10%以内;贵州共有24家持有保健食品批件的企业,生产以自加工为主;生产面积大多在1 000m2之内;82.35%企业参加保健食品生产的工人数多在50人以下;各销售点销售的本地品牌主要为夜郎蜂胶、圣济堂;在受调查的企业中,44.23%有开发保健食品的意愿;平均每个企业参与研发人员13人;每个项目投入金额多在50万以上。结论贵州保健食品生产企业数量少、生产量小、品种单调,不能满足市场需求,应加快推进贵州保健食品产业的发展。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present production situation and health food sales of health food enterprises in Guizhou, and to provide countermeasures for the development of health food industry in Guizhou. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in Guizhou province among the enterprises holding health food production batches and some non-health food production enterprises. At the same time, random sampling of health food sales points in Guiyang to understand the local health food sales in Guizhou. Results the first three kinds of health food produced in Guizhou were to enhance immunity, reduce blood lipids and relieve physical fatigue, mainly in the form of capsule, oral liquid and tablet. The annual production is mainly within 500 tons and 37.50% of the total sales of health food is less than 10% of the total sales of enterprises, there are 24 enterprises with health food batches in Guizhou, the production of which is mainly self-processing. The number of workers participating in the production of health food was more than 50 in 82.35% of the enterprises within 1 000m2, and the local brands of each selling point were mainly Nightman propolis and Shengji Tong, and 44.23% of the enterprises surveyed had the will to develop health food. The average number of R & D personnel per enterprise is 13; the amount of investment per project is more than 500000. Conclusion the number of health food production enterprises in Guizhou is small, the production is small and the variety is monotonous, which can not meet the market demand, so the development of health food industry in Guizhou should be accelerated.
