妊娠母鼠饲喂叶黄素对初生仔鼠体质量及血清和消化道免疫球蛋白的影响

【摘要】:为明确妊娠母鼠添加饲喂叶黄素对初生仔鼠免疫功能的影响,对妊娠母鼠添加饲喂叶黄素后检测母鼠产前14 d内体质量变化、母鼠产前第14天至产后第14天日采食量变化、仔鼠出生后14 d内体质量变化以及出生第7天和第14天仔鼠血清、胃内容物和粪便中免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,Ig A)和免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)含量变化。结果表明:母鼠体质量、母鼠日采食量、仔鼠出生后6 d的体质量均没有显著变化(P0.05);实验组仔鼠出生后7~14 d的体质量显著高于对照组(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组仔鼠出生第7天和第14天血清中和胃内容物中Ig G含量均显著升高(P0.05,P0.01),而粪便中Ig G含量与对照组无显著性差异(P0.05);实验组仔鼠第7天和第14天胃内容物中Ig A含量极显著高于对照组(P0.01),而血清和粪便中Ig A含量虽呈升高趋势,但与对照组无显著性差异(P0.05)。实验结果说明给妊娠母鼠饲喂叶黄素可以增强初生仔鼠的免疫能力。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the effect of lutein supplementation on the immune function of newborn mice, the changes of maternal body mass and intake of maternal rats were detected after feeding lutein for 14 days before and 14 days after birth. The changes of body mass on the 14th day after birth and the changes of immunoglobulin A (Ig A) and immunoglobulin G (G G) in serum, gastric contents and feces were observed on the 7th and 14th day after birth. The results showed that there were no significant changes in body weight of female mice, daily feed intake of female rats and body mass of pups on the 6th day after birth, and the body weight of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 14th day after birth, and was significantly higher than that of the control group, and compared with the control group, the body weight of the rats in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The contents of IgG in serum and gastric contents of rats in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 7th and 14th day of birth, while the contents of IgG in feces were not significantly different from those in the control group, while in the rats of the experimental group on the 7th and 14th days, the contents of Ig in the gastric contents were significantly higher than those in the control group. The content of Ig A in serum and feces was significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.01). But there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group (P 0.05). The results showed that feeding lutein to pregnant rats could enhance the immune ability of newborn mice.
