中国居民饮用水中钙镁及其相关指标适宜保留水平的探讨

【摘要】:通过分析中国人膳食途径和饮水途径获取钙镁元素现状,得出中国人膳食钙摄取严重不足、镁摄取也处于边缘性缺乏的状况,而饮水途径可以提供人体钙和镁每日推荐量的7.3%~9.7%和4.7%~5.7%(按照自来水和瓶装水钙镁含量中位数计算)。作者建议,优质天然水源应尽量避免深度处理,以便最大限度地保留水中天然矿物元素。当必须对水进行深度处理时,建议设定饮用水中钙、镁、硬度以及溶解性总固体的最低可接受水平(LALs)分别为25mg/L、10mg/L、100mg/L、100mg/L,以防范因食物钙镁获取不足而产生的人群健康风险。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the present situation of calcium and magnesium intake in Chinese diet and drinking water, it is concluded that the dietary calcium intake of Chinese people is seriously inadequate, and magnesium intake is also in the condition of marginal deficiency. The drinking route can provide 7.7% of daily recommended calcium and magnesium and 4.7% of the daily recommended amount of calcium and magnesium (calculated according to the median calcium and magnesium content in tap water and bottled water). The authors suggest that advanced treatment should be avoided as far as possible so that natural mineral elements in water can be preserved to the maximum extent. When advanced treatment of water is necessary, it is recommended that the minimum acceptable levels of calcium, magnesium, hardness and soluble solids in drinking water be 25 mg / L 10 mg / L or 100 mg / L 100 mg / L, respectively, to guard against population health risks arising from inadequate access to food calcium and magnesium.
