广西速冻米面制品金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素分型及耐药性研究

【摘要】:目的通过对广西市售速冻米面制品中检出的86株金黄色葡萄球菌进行肠毒素分型和耐药性检测,了解其产肠毒素特性和耐药性。方法依据GB4789.10-2010采用ELISA方法测定金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素SEA-SEE,利用微量肉汤法对菌株进行药敏试验。结果 86株金黄色葡萄球菌中有47株肠毒素阳性,产肠毒素阳性率为54.65%,产2种以上肠毒素的有26株,在产毒株中占55.32%,β-内酰胺酶阳性金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素(95.92%)四环素(85.71%)、氯霉素(81.63%)、红霉素(77.55%)耐药较为严重,β-内酰胺酶阳性金黄色葡萄球菌整体耐药性显著高于β-内酰胺酶阴性株。结论食源性金黄色葡萄球菌产毒素能力较强,对于金黄色葡萄球菌的感染治疗应根据药敏结果选择合理的抗生素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the enterotoxin typing and drug resistance of 86 strains of Staphylococcus aureus in Guangxi sold fast frozen rice noodle products, and to understand the enterotoxin characteristics and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus. Methods based on GB4789.10-2010, Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin SEA-SEE was determined by ELISA method, and the drug sensitivity test was carried out by micro broth method. Results of the 86 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 47 enterotoxin was positive, the positive rate of enterotoxin was 54.65%, 26 strains of enterotoxin produced more than 2 species, 55.32% in the producing strains, and beta lactamase positive Staphylococcus aureus was more resistant to penicillin (95.92%) tetracycline (85.71%), chloromycin (81.63%), and erythromycin (77.55%), beta lactamase, and beta lactamase. The overall resistance of the positive Staphylococcus aureus was significantly higher than that of the beta lactamase negative strain. Conclusion the food borne Staphylococcus aureus has stronger toxin production ability. The treatment of Staphylococcus aureus infection should choose reasonable antibiotics according to the result of drug sensitivity.
