福建沿海市售海产贝类重金属污染调查与健康风险分析

【摘要】:目的调查福建沿海市售海产贝类重金属的污染状况,评估居民摄入海产贝类的健康风险。方法2016年6月分别在福建省宁德、福州、莆田、厦门4个沿海城市采集市售牡蛎、嚑蛏、菲律宾蛤仔和紫贻贝等4种海产贝类共128份,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定其中镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)及铅(Pb)含量,采用氢化物原子荧光法测定总汞(Hg)含量。运用单因子污染指数(Pi)和综合污染指数(Pc)评价样品中重金属污染程度,采用成人暂定每周允许摄入量(PTWI_(ABW))分析评估福建沿海居民食用海产贝类的健康风险。结果 128份贝类样品中,Cd,Cr及Cu等3种重金属存在超标,总体超标率为CuCr及Cd。Pi值显示,牡蛎中Cd及Pb为轻污染水平,Cu达到中污染水平;嚑蛏中Pb和紫贻贝中Cd为轻污染水平。Pc值显示,牡蛎、紫贻贝为轻污染水平。健康风险分析结果显示,以重金属最大含量计,食用牡蛎和紫贻贝所摄入的Cd超过PTWI_(ABW),分别为PTWI_(ABW)的144.905%和106.019%。结论福建沿海市售部分海产贝类受到重金属的轻微污染,居民摄入海产贝类存在Cd暴露的潜在健康风险。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pollution of heavy metals in shellfish in Fujian coastal market and to evaluate the health risk of marine shellfish intake by residents. Methods 128 species of shellfish, including oyster, clam, clam and mussel, were collected from four coastal cities of Ningde, Fuzhou, Putian and Xiamen in June 2016. The contents of cadmium (CD), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu) and lead (Pb) were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Single factor pollution index (Pi) and comprehensive pollution index (PC) were used to evaluate the pollution degree of heavy metals in the samples, and the health risk of seafood shellfish in Fujian coastal residents was evaluated by using the tentative allowable weekly intake (PTWI _ (ABW) of adults. Results in 128 shellfish samples, three kinds of heavy metals, such as cdcr and cu, were found to be in excess of the standard. The total excess rate of cu and cd.Pi showed that CD and Pb in oyster were light polluted and Cu reached the level of medium pollution. Pb and CD in mussel showed light pollution level. Pc value showed that oyster and mussel were light polluted level. The results of health risk analysis showed that the intake of CD in oyster and mussel was 144.905% of PTWIABW and 106.01919% of PTWIABW, respectively. Conclusion some shellfish sold in Fujian coastal market are slightly polluted by heavy metals, and there is a potential health risk of CD exposure in marine shellfish intake by residents.
