农村老年人口健康状况测评量表信效度检验

【摘要】：目的对自制的农村老年人口健康状况测评量表进行信度、效度检验,检验其在中国农村老年人口中的适用性。方法采用横断面调查法,对烟台农村的1 045名65岁及以上的老年人进行访谈式问卷凋查,收集健康基线资料,分析量表的信度效度。结果农村老年人口健康状况测评量表总的Cronbachα系数为0.758,各维度的Cronbachα为0.629~0.897;分半信度分析结果显示两个半量表的相关系数为0.734,总量表的信度测定Equal-length Spearman为0.818,Guttman Split-half为0.795。效度分析结果显示各指标得分与其维度得分的相关性较大,而与其他维度得分的相关系数较小;因子分析结果得到6个因子,可解释总方差的68.16%。结论所构建的农村老年人口健康状况测评量表具有较高的信度和效度,能比较客观地评价农村老年人口的健康状况。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the reliability and validity of the self-made scale for evaluating the health status of the rural elderly population, and to test its applicability in the rural elderly population of China. Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out on 1 045 elderly people aged 65 and above in Yantai rural area. The health baseline data were collected and the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed. Results the total Cronbach 伪 coefficient was 0.758 and the Cronbach 伪 was 0.629 0.897.The results of split-half reliability analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of the two scales was 0.734, and the reliability of the total scale Equal-length Spearman was 0.818 Guttman Split-half was 0.795.Results the total Cronbach 伪 coefficient was 0.758 and the Cronbach 伪 was 0.629 0.897.The correlation coefficient of the two scales was 0.734, and the reliability of the total scale was 0.818 Guttman Split-half. The results of validity analysis showed that each index score had greater correlation with its dimension score, but the correlation coefficient with other dimension scores was smaller, and the result of factor analysis obtained 6 factors, which could explain the total variance of 68.16. Conclusion the scale has high reliability and validity and can objectively evaluate the health status of the rural elderly population.
