被误解的“更年期”

【摘要】：正随着人口老年化进程的不断加快,进入更年期的人群也不断增多。由于健康教育宣传普及力度不够,大多数人包括医护人员,对于更年期的认识存在很多误区。这些误解以讹传讹,不仅范围广,而且影响深,对本病防治造成一定阻力。笔者简单梳理认为最常见的误解包括以下几种。子宫切除后不再有更年期很多处于更年期的妇女,由于子宫、卵巢行手术切除后,已多年没有月经,因而没有绝经前月经紊乱的表现,当她们出现失眠、疲劳、盗汗等"闹更"现象时,却很
