低硒模型大鼠对富硒大米和亚硒酸钠的生物利用效果比较

【摘要】:目的建立低硒大鼠模型,比较其对富硒大米和亚硒酸钠的生物利用效果。方法 81只3-4周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和低硒模型组,建立低硒大鼠模型。将低硒大鼠随机均分为:低硒模型组,低、高水平亚硒酸钠组,低、高水平富硒大米组,饲喂相应饲料;8周后处死,测定全血及组织硒含量,血清、肝、肾中GSH-PX、SOD活性和TrxR、MDA含量。结果 (1)与低硒模型组相比,各富硒组全血及组织硒含量,血清、肝、肾GSH-PX、SOD活性及TrxR含量均升高,MDA含量降低(P0.001)。(2)心、肝硒含量,肝TrxR含量:高水平富硒大米组高于其他富硒组(P0.05);血清MDA含量:高水平富硒大米组低于其他富硒组(P0.05);肝肾GSH-PX及肝SOD活性:2个高硒组分别高于2个低硒组(P0.05);肝脏MDA含量:2个高硒组分别低于2个低硒组(P0.05);肾脏硒含量、血清TrxR含量:高水平富硒大米组高于低水平富硒大米组。结论富硒大米生物利用效果优于亚硒酸钠,硒含量高的富硒大米有助于提升低硒模型大鼠抗氧化能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a rat model of low selenium and compare the bioavailability of selenium-enriched rice and sodium selenite. Methods 81 male SD rats aged 3-4 weeks were randomly divided into normal control group and low selenium model group. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: low selenium model group, low and high level sodium selenite group, low and high level selenium enriched rice group. The rats were killed after feeding with the corresponding diet for 8 weeks. The contents of selenium in whole blood and tissue, SOD activity in serum, liver and kidney and the content of TrxRX MDA in serum, liver and kidney were determined. Results (1) compared with the low selenium model group, the contents of selenium in blood and tissue, SOD activity and TrxR content in serum, liver and kidney were all increased in each se enriched group. The contents of TrxR in heart and liver were decreased (P0. 001). (2), and the content of selenium in liver was decreased (P 0. 001). (2). Liver TrxR content: high level selenium-enriched rice group was higher than other selenium-enriched rice group (P0.05); serum MDA content: high level selenium-enriched rice group was lower than other selenium-enriched rice group (P0.05); liver and kidney GSH-PX and liver SOD activity: two selenium-enriched rice groups were higher than two selenium-rich group (P0.05); liver MDA content was higher than that of liver selenium-enriched rice group (P0.05). Amount: 2 high selenium groups were lower than 2 low selenium groups (P0.05), kidney selenium content, The content of serum TrxR was higher in high level se rich rice group than in low level selenium rich rice group. Conclusion Se-enriched rice is more effective than sodium selenite in biological utilization, and high selenium content of selenium-enriched rice is helpful to enhance the antioxidant ability of rats with low selenium.
