小剂量玉米赤霉烯酮损害雄性小鼠生殖能力的研究
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the changes of spermatogenesis and semen quality in mice exposed to zearalenone (ZEA) at low doses (below the concentration of no significant effect), and to explore the effects of low doses of ZEA on the reproductive ability of male mice. After exposed to 0,20,40 UG / (kg d) ZEA for 14,28,42 days, sperm motility parameters were observed by computer-assisted semen quality analysis, sperm deformity rate was observed by Jimsa staining, testicular volume and mass were measured, and spermatogenic cell count was detected by immunohistochemical staining.
