杭州市卫浴洁具制造工人苯乙烯职业危害状况和二氯乙烷致脂质代谢影响

【摘要】:目的对杭州市卫浴洁具制造业苯乙烯的职业卫生现状进行调查,为制订防治对策及卫生监管提供依据。并为研究1,2-二氯乙烷(1,2-DCE)对脂质代谢影响提供资料。方法通过查阅文献,对CNKI、PUBMED、万方、维普等数据库进行检索收集相关资料。并对职业暴露场所进行现况调查收集工人暴露资料。对暴露苯乙烯的96名工人用自制《职业卫生毒物现状调查表》进行问卷调查以及对1,2-二氯乙烷暴露工人进行健康检查。结果工人平均年龄为36.4±5.7岁,男性39.8±4.8岁,女性35.3±5.6岁。平均暴露工龄2.1±1.5年。苯乙烯职业危害知晓率、职业危害健康监护水平及防护设备配备率等中小型企业要远高于微型企业(P0.05)。1,2-二氯乙烷对脂质代谢的调查发现,暴露组男性甘油三酯和胆固醇平均水平和异常率均明显高于对照组(P0.05)。男性≤35岁组TC异常率明显高于对照组(P0.05),男性35周岁组TC和TG异常率均明显高于对照组(P0.05)。暴露组与对照组脂肪肝患病率无明显差异。结论对卫浴洁具制造企业监管须加强,尤其是微型企业职业卫生监管的重点。1,2-DCE暴露可导致工人血清TG增高并有年龄差异,但1,2-DCE暴露导致工人血清TC水平增高年龄差异不明显,可能1,2-DCE对工人血清TC水平的影响比对TG更明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the occupational health status of styrene in sanitary ware manufacturing industry in Hangzhou, and to provide basis for prevention and control and health supervision. It also provides data for the study of the effect of 1 chelating 2-dichloroethane (1 2-DCE) on lipid metabolism. Methods the relevant data were retrieved from CNKI PUBMED, Wanfang and Weip databases. The status of occupational exposure sites was investigated and workers' exposure data were collected. 96 workers exposed to styrene were investigated by self-made questionnaire of occupational hygiene toxicant status and health examination of workers exposed to 1h2- dichloroethane. Results the average age of workers was 36.4 卤5.7 years, 39.8 卤4.8 years for males and 35.3 卤5.6 years for females. The average exposure period was 2.1 卤1.5 years. The awareness rate of occupational hazards of styrene, the level of occupational health monitoring and the rate of protective equipment were much higher in small and medium-sized enterprises than in microenterprises (P0.05).
