一种智能化集装箱消毒系统消毒效果的研究

【摘要】：目的研究智能化集装箱消毒系统的消毒效果。方法采用模拟现场消毒试验和现场消毒方法,对该消毒系统进行试验观察。结果该智能化集装箱消毒系统在正常工作状态,对污染于集装箱各外表面的大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭率均99.9%,对集装箱各外表面的自然菌的平均杀灭率均90.0%。结论该系统可实现对集装箱表面进行全方位彻底消毒的要求。
[Abstract]:OBJECTIVE To study the disinfection effect of intelligent container disinfection system.Methods The disinfection system was tested and observed by simulated on-site disinfection test and on-site disinfection method.Results The intelligent container disinfection system could kill E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus contaminated the outer surfaces of containers in normal working condition. The sterilization rates were 99.9% and 90.0% respectively. Conclusion The system can completely sterilize the containers in all directions.
