生活饮用水中五种人工合成甜味剂的固相萃取-高效液相色谱-质谱同时测定法

【摘要】:目的建立生活饮用水中安赛蜜、三氯蔗糖、阿斯巴甜、糖精钠、甜蜜素5种人工合成甜味剂的固相萃取-液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS-MS)测定法。方法采用HLB固相萃取(SPE)柱对生活饮用水中人工合成甜味剂进行提取和富集后,以ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)为分析柱,以乙腈-10 mmol/L乙酸铵(含2 mmol/L Tris)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,以负离子喷雾模式电离,多反应离子监测方式进行定性及定量检测。结果在5~200μg/L的线性范围内,5种人工合成甜味剂的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,r0.999 6。该方法的检出限为0.2~8.0 ng/L,平均回收率为82.1%~96.3%,RSD为3.9%~9.0%。结论该方法操作简单、快捷,灵敏度和准确度均较高,精密度较好,适用于生活饮用水中5中人工合成甜味剂的测定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a solid phase extraction-liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS-MS) method for the determination of 5 synthetic sweeteners, such as aspartame, saccharin, aspartame, sodium and cyclamate in drinking water. Methods the synthetic sweeteners in drinking water were extracted and enriched by HLB solid phase extraction (SPE) column. The chromatographic column of ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 (100mm 脳 2.1mm ~ 1.7 渭 m) was used as analytical column, and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-10 mmol/L ammonium acetate (including 2 mmol/L Tris) was used for gradient elution. Negative ion spray mode ionization and multi-reaction ion monitoring were used for qualitative and quantitative detection. Results within the linear range of 5 渭 g / L, the regression equations of 5 synthetic sweeteners showed a good linear relationship (r 0.999 6). The detection limit of this method is 0.2ng / L, and the average recovery is 82.1 and 96.3RSD = 3.9ng / L, respectively. Conclusion the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of synthetic sweeteners in drinking water.
