静坐行为与青年职业人群睡眠质量的关系研究

【摘要】:目的了解青年职业人群静坐行为与睡眠质量的关系,为促进该人群的睡眠健康提供依据。方法选取在合肥市某三甲医院进行健康体检的20~45岁的青年职业人群2 514人为研究对象。静坐行为分为工作静坐和业余静坐,并采集各自的静坐时长。睡眠评价包括睡眠时长和自评睡眠质量。结果不同工作静坐时长或业余静坐时长分组的睡眠时长分布差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。不同工作静坐时长进行组间比较,睡眠质量分布差异亦无统计学意义(P0.05)。与业余静坐时长短者(2 h/d)相比,业余静坐时长长者(≥51h/d)是睡眠质量差的危险因素(调整后OR值:1.798;95%CI:1.078~2.998)。结论长时间业余静坐行为是青年职业人群睡眠质量差的危险因素,应加强此类人群的体育锻炼,减少静坐的持续时长。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between sleep quality and sitting behavior in young professional population and to provide evidence for their sleep health. Methods A total of 2 514 young professionals aged 20 to 45 years were selected for health examination in a third class hospital in Hefei. Sit-ins are divided into work and amateur sit-ins, and the length of their sit-ins is collected. Sleep evaluation includes sleep duration and self-rated sleep quality.
