我国青少年健康素养基于性别差异的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的系统评价性别与我国青少年健康素养的关系,为提高我国青少年健康素养提供科学的循证依据。方法利用计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库等,检索词为主题/篇名/关键词/摘要(初中生/学生/高中生/大学生/青少年/新生)and健康素养。应用Meta Analyst Beta 3.13软件对符合纳入标准的文献进行Meta分析,检索时间至系统更新到2014年6月。结果共纳入11篇文献,总体健康素养应用固定效应模型分析,其效应值为OR=0.920,95%CI=0.843~1.004。在基本技能方面、科学健康观方面男生要优于女生,效应值分别为OR=0.875,95%CI=0.776~0.987;OR=0.539,95%CI=0.471~0.617。而在健康方式与行为、基本知识和理念及传染病预防、慢性病预防、基本医疗及安全与急救方面性别间差异无统计学意义。结论应针对不同性别青少年特征进行有针对性的健康教育,提高青少年健康素养。
[Abstract]:Objective to systematically evaluate the relationship between gender and adolescent health literacy in China, and to provide a scientific evidence-based basis for improving adolescent health literacy. Methods and health literacy was searched by computer in China Zhiwang, Wan Fang, Weipu, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and so on. The key words were subject / title / keyword / abstract (junior high school / student / high school / college / adolescent / freshman). The Meta Analyst Beta 3.13 software was used to carry out Meta analysis of the documents that met the inclusion criteria, and the retrieval time was up to June 2014. Results A total of 11 articles were included, and the fixed effect model was applied to analyze the overall health literacy. Its effect value was OR=0.920,95%CI=0.843~1.004.. In terms of basic skills, male students are better than girls in the aspect of scientific health view, and the effect values are respectively OR=0.875,95%CI=0.776~0.987;OR=0.539,95%CI=0.471~0.617.. There was no significant difference in health style and behavior, basic knowledge and concept, prevention of infectious diseases, prevention of chronic diseases, basic medical care, safety and first aid. Conclusion Health education should be carried out in accordance with the characteristics of adolescents of different genders to improve their health literacy.
