国内外食物编码发展现状及启示

【摘要】:通过对国际食品法典委员会、美国农业部国家营养数据库、德国食品法典与营养数据库、英格兰公共卫生部的食物分类和编码,及《中国食物成分表(2009版)》中食物编码的介绍,尽量全面了解食物分类和编码的作用、意义、规则以及补充机制等,从而对食物编码有一个更加清晰的认识,进而有助于我国食物编码工作的补充,同时为下一步中国居民食物消费状况调查的开展打下基础。
[Abstract]:Through the International Codex Alimentarius Commission, the USDA National Nutrition Database, the German Codex Alimentarius and Nutrition Database, the Food Classification and coding of the Ministry of Public Health of England, And the introduction of food coding in the Chinese Food composition Table (2009 Edition), so as to fully understand the role, significance, rules and supplementary mechanism of food classification and coding, so as to have a clearer understanding of food coding. It will be helpful to supplement the work of food coding in China and lay a foundation for the further investigation of food consumption in China.
