人体发甲中氟化物的残留特征及其生物指示物的研究

【摘要】:全氟化合物(perfluorinated componds, PFCs)是一类碳链上的氢原子全部或部分被氟原子取代的直链或支链有机氟化物。近年来,PFCs广泛应用于各类工业和各类消费品中,在生物体和环境介质中普遍存在,鉴于其对环境的污染及其生态风险,世界各国针对PFCs的报道屡见不鲜。本研究分析了天津成人发甲样品中的总氟(total fluorine, TF)、可萃取的有机氟(extractable organic fluorine, EOF)和PFCs的残留水平。同时,分析了深圳市内6区共12个位点的大气和树皮样品中PFCs的残留水平和分布特征,试图发现其生物指示物。主要结果如下:(1)头发、指甲中TF以无机氟(均值:2.0μg/g,4.5μg/g)为主,EOF(均值:0.7 μg/g,1.8 μg/g)为辅;头发、指甲中可鉴别氟(identifiable fluorine, IF)分别占EOF的7.1%(2.6%~16%)和3.5%(1.1%~11%),显示84%以上的EOF仍属未知。发甲中PFCs残留主要为中、短链PFCs,其中PFOS、PFOA、全氟壬酸为其主要残留种态。染烫头发中TF, EOF, IF均显著高于非染烫头发(p0.05),但发甲中∑PFCs残留未见性别间显著性差异。指甲中∑PFCs和典型残留PFOS均极显著高于头发(p0.01),是较头发更灵敏的指示人体PFCs暴露水平潜在的生物指示物。(2)深圳大气中PFCs以中短链PFCs (C≤10)为主,占∑PFCs的99%以上,其中PFOA为大气中PFCs的主要残留种态。深圳市宝安区A1-A4位点大气中PFCs较高,龙岗区的A10位点PFCs浓度最低(6.1 pg/m3)。种态间相关分析结果显示,大气中PFOS与PFOA以及PFDA与PFDoA分别呈正相关(p0.05),PFOA与PFBA、 PFPeA、PFHxA呈显著正相关(p0.01),表明可能具有相似的污染来源。大气中∑PFCs含量水平与同期PM 2.5(p0.05)及PM10的均值(p0.01)呈显著正相关,可能与二者具相似的排放来源和传播途径有关。(3)树皮中PFCs残留水平显示,PFCs呈中链(7≤C≤10)短链(C≤6)长链(C≥11)的分布,PFOA为主要残留种态。树皮中PFCs残留水平呈现宝安区B1~B4位点较高的特征,与大气相似。相关分析结果显示,大气与树皮中PFOA及∑PFCs呈显著正相关(p0.01),且树皮中∑PFCs与PM 2.5呈显著正相关(p0.01),表明樟树皮是一种潜在的指示大气中PFCs污染程度的生物指示物。
[Abstract]:Perfluorinated compound (perfluorinated componds, PFCs) is a kind of straight chain or branched organic fluorides in which hydrogen atoms in carbon chains are replaced in whole or in part by fluorine atoms. In recent years, PFCs has been widely used in all kinds of industries and consumer goods, and is widely used in organisms and environmental media. In view of its pollution to the environment and its ecological risks, the reports on PFCs in various countries in the world are not uncommon. The residual levels of total fluorine (total fluorine, TF), extractable organic fluorine (extractable organic fluorine, EOF) and PFCs in adult hair A samples in Tianjin were analyzed. At the same time, the residual level and distribution of PFCs in atmospheric and bark samples of 12 sites in 6 districts of Shenzhen city were analyzed, and the biological indicator was attempted to be found. The main results were as follows: (1) Inorganic fluorine (, EOF (= 0.7 渭 g / g = 1.8 渭 g / g) was the main, EOF (in the hair (mean: 2.0 渭 g / g, 4.5 渭 g / g).
