长期低剂量职业照射对放射工作者健康影响

【摘要】:目的了解长期低剂量职业照射对放射工作人员健康影响。方法采用流行病学横断面调查方法,调查分析2013年山东省临沂市6所三级医院的624名放射工作者健康状况。结果放射工作人员人均年剂量5m Sv者占97.28%;淋巴细胞微核率为57.85%(361/624),染色体畸变率为53.21%(332/624);血常规指标受暴露年限、年均剂量及累计剂量的影响,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05);甲状腺激素水平、染色体畸变率、淋巴细胞微核率及眼晶状体浑浊率与暴露年限及累计剂量有关,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论长期低剂量职业辐射可使机体产生一定的辐射损伤,应加强放射工作人员防护。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of long-term low-dose occupational irradiation on the health of radiation workers. Methods the health status of 624 radiation workers in 6 tertiary hospitals in Linyi City Shandong Province in 2013 was investigated and analyzed by cross-sectional epidemiological survey. Results the average annual dose of 5m Sv in radiation workers was 97.28%, the micronucleus rate of lymphocytes was 57.85% (361 / 624), and the chromosome aberration rate was 53.21% (332 / 624). The blood routine indexes were affected by the years of exposure, the average annual dose and the cumulative dose, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). The levels of thyroid hormone, chromosome aberration rate, micronucleus rate of lymphocytes and opacity rate of ocular lens were related to the years of exposure and the cumulative dose, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion long-term low-dose occupational radiation can cause certain radiation damage to the body and the protection of radiation workers should be strengthened.
