烧结行业卫生防护距离标准研究

【摘要】:目的 对比分析烧结行业卫生防护距离与大气环境防护距离的差异,,为制定合理卫生防护距离标准提供依据。 方法 通过现场调研,对烧结企业的特征污染物进行无组织排放源源强的监测,分别采用“地面浓度反推法”和“点源大气扩散模型”计算卫生防护距离和大气环境防护距离。 结果 悬浮颗粒物是烧结行业无组织排放源的主要特征污染物;在当地近5年平均风速分别为<2m/s、2~4m/s及>4m/s时,烧结企业卫生防护距离推荐值分别为1000m、900m、800m;在环境空气质量功能一类区和二类区的大气环境防护距离推荐值分别为800m与400m。 结论 通过对1989年标准的修订和完善,推荐的烧结行业卫生防护距离对敏感区居民健康的保护是合理可行的。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the difference between sanitary protection distance and atmospheric environmental protection distance in sintering industry, and to provide basis for establishing reasonable hygienic protection distance standard. Methods based on field investigation, the characteristics of pollutants in sintering enterprises were monitored. The surface concentration backstepping method and the point source atmospheric diffusion model were used to calculate the health protection distance and the atmospheric environmental protection distance respectively. Results suspended particulate matter was the main characteristic pollutant of non-organized emission source in sintering industry. When the local average wind speed in the last 5 years was < 2 m / s and > 4m/s, the recommended distance of health protection for sintering enterprises was 1 000 m / m ~ 900m ~ (-1) m ~ (-1) respectively. The recommended distance of atmospheric environmental protection in the first and second part of the ambient air quality function is 800m and 400m, respectively. Conclusion by revising and perfecting the 1989 standard, the recommended distance of health protection in sintering industry is reasonable and feasible to protect the health of residents in sensitive areas.
