高危人工流产术后即时放置曼月乐与吉妮致美的临床效果观察

【摘要】：目的:观察早期妊娠高危人工流产术后即时放置左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(曼月乐)与含铜含药固定式宫内节育器(吉妮致美)的临床效果。方法:接受无痛负压吸宫术后自主选择放置曼月乐(184例)和吉妮致美宫内节育器(142例)的高危人工流产妇女为观察对象。随访12个月,比较两种宫内避孕方法的避孕效果、各种原因终止率及副作用主诉情况。结果:使用曼月乐无一例妊娠发生,避孕效果明显优于吉妮致美IUD,且因症取出率为1.7/百妇女年,明显低于吉妮致美的9.3/百妇女年。曼月乐的主要副作用主诉为月经血量减少,吉妮致美则主要为点滴出血。结论:高危人工流产术后即时放置曼月乐避孕效果较好,值得临床使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine slow release system (Manyue) and fixed intrauterine device containing copper (Ginny) after early pregnancy high risk induced abortion. Methods: 184 cases of Manyue and 142 cases of Gini induced intrauterine device were treated with painless negative pressure aspiration. After 12 months of follow-up, the contraceptive efficacy, termination rate and side effects of the two methods were compared. Results: no pregnancy occurred with Manyuelo, and the contraceptive effect was significantly better than that caused by Ginny IUD, and the removal rate was 1.7 / 100 women years, which was significantly lower than 9.3 / 100 women years induced by Ginny. The main side effect of Manyuelo is the decrease of menstrual blood volume, while the main side effect of Ginny is dripping bleeding. Conclusion: the immediate placement of Manyue in high-risk induced abortion is effective and worthy of clinical use.
