山东省城区老年人健康体检现状及影响因素研究

【摘要】：目的对山东省60岁及以上的城市老年人健康体检情况进行调查,了解山东省60岁及以上老年人健康体检服务利用情况,通过单因素和多因素检验,探讨影响其进行健康体检的因素,并针对性提出相关政策建议。方法本文通过文献回顾,对国内外健康体检的发展及国内健康体检的运行现状进行梳理,分析现场问卷调查收集老年群体卫生服务利用数据,通过描述法、单因素卡方检验和多因素Logistic回归检验了解不同人口学特征和健康行为的老年群体进行健康体检的现状及影响因素。结果2011年,山东省受访1769名老年人进行健康体检的共计1348人,占比76.20%。共有8个因素通过单因素卡方检验,分别是个体情况因素的性别、受教育水平、职业情况、是否有慢性病、离最近医疗机构的距离和医疗保险参保情况,健康行为因素的锻炼身体频率和是否看电视。共有6个因素通过Logistic回归检验,学历为小学和高中及以上、职业为公务人员和个体或工人、每周3次及以上锻炼、看电视、有慢性病和有城镇职工医疗保险的老年群体进行健康体检的可能性高。结论基于现行的健康体检政策,适当扩大健康体检年龄范围,加大免费体检服务宣传力度,提高老年群体健康素养,健康体检服务机构主动提供便捷服务,采取购买服务拓宽健康体检服务渠道及健康体检服务内容,促进60岁及以上老年群体进行定期健康体检,促使老年群体了解身体健康状况、了解健康知识,提高老年群体生活质量、养成良好生活习惯,推进健康老龄化。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health examination of the urban elderly aged 60 and above in Shandong Province, and to understand the utilization of the health examination service for the elderly aged 60 and above in Shandong Province, and to test it by single factor and multi-factor test. To explore the factors affecting their health examination, and put forward relevant policy recommendations. Methods based on literature review, the development of health examination at home and abroad and the current situation of health examination in China were reviewed, and the data of health service utilization of elderly population were collected by field questionnaire survey, and the data were analyzed by descriptive method. Univariate chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression test were used to investigate the status and influencing factors of physical examination in elderly population with different demographic characteristics and healthy behaviors. Results in 2011, 1348 people (76.20%) underwent physical examination of 1769 elderly people in Shandong Province. A total of 8 factors passed the single factor chi-square test. They were the sex of individual factors, the level of education, the occupation, the existence of chronic diseases, the distance from the nearest medical institution and the health insurance coverage. Exercise frequency of healthy behavioral factors and whether to watch TV. A total of 6 factors were tested by Logistic regression test, with primary and high school qualifications and jobs as civil servants and individuals or workers, exercise three or more times a week and watching television. There is a high possibility of health check-up for the elderly with chronic diseases and medical insurance for urban workers. Conclusion based on the current health examination policy, the age range of health examination should be expanded appropriately, the publicity of free medical examination should be increased, and the health literacy of the elderly should be improved. The purchase service should be adopted to broaden the channels and contents of health examination service, to promote the regular physical examination of the aged group aged 60 and above, and to promote the elderly group to understand their health status and knowledge. Improve the quality of life of the elderly, develop good living habits, and promote healthy aging.
