乳杆菌属和双歧杆菌属对成年人血脂水平影响的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的评价乳杆菌属及双歧杆菌属对成年人血脂水平的影响。方法计算机检索Pubmed、EMbase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国学术期刊网络出版总库、万方医学数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库。检索时间年限为建库至2016年1月。纳入标准为单纯使用乳杆菌属和(或)双歧杆菌属调节血脂的临床随机对照试验,研究对象年龄≥18岁,文献Jadad评分3分。提取资料后采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇文献,合计871例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,应用乳杆菌属、双歧杆菌属可以显著降低血总胆固醇水平(WMD=-0.45 mmol/L,95%CI:-0.63~-0.27 mmol/L,P0.001)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平(WMD=-0.42 mmol/L,95%CI:-0.46~-0.38 mmol/L,P0.001),差异有统计学意义。结论乳杆菌属及双歧杆菌属对成年人血胆固醇代谢有一定积极影响。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium on serum lipids in adults. Methods Pubmed,EMbase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library, Chinese academic journals were searched by computer, including the General Library of Chinese academic Journals, the Wanfang Medical Database and the full text Database of Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Journals. The retrieval time period is to build the database until January 2016. The inclusion criteria were randomized controlled trials using only Lactobacillus and / or Bifidobacterium to regulate blood lipids. The subjects were aged more than 18 years with a Jadad score of 3 in the literature. After extracting the data, Meta analysis was carried out with Revman 5.3 software. Results A total of 871 subjects were included in 11 literatures. Meta analysis showed that the application of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium could significantly reduce the serum total cholesterol level (WMD=-0.45 mmol/L,) compared with the control group. 95%CI:-0.63~-0.27 mmol/L,P0.001 and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (WMD=-0.42 mmol/L,95%CI:-0.46~-0.38 mmol/L,P0.001) levels were significantly different. Conclusion Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium have positive effects on blood cholesterol metabolism in adults.
