某飞机制造业接噪人员连续4年听力损伤检出情况分析

【摘要】:目的分析飞机制造业接噪人员听力损伤的发生、发展规律,评估职业防护及职业健康监护效果,探讨职业性听力损伤的防护重点。方法选取某大型飞机制造企业1 006名接噪人员为观察对象,收集2013-2016年连续4年的职业健康监护资料,结合生产环境监测资料,对不同年份听力损伤检出率、新病例检出率及不同工种、工龄的作业人员听力损伤情况进行统计学分析。结果观察人群听力损伤检出率逐年升高(P0.05);观察人群听力损伤新病例检出率逐年下降,2014年与2016年听力损伤新病例检出率有差异,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);铆工听力损伤检出率各年份均高于试飞工(P0.05);观察人群听力损伤检出率随工龄增加而增加(P0.05)。结论该企业职业防护及职业健康监护取得一定成效;接噪人员听力损伤与接触噪声的强度及接触噪声的时间存在剂量-反应关系。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the occurrence and development of hearing loss in aircraft manufacturing industry, to evaluate the effect of occupational protection and occupational health monitoring, and to discuss the protection of occupational hearing loss. Methods 1 006 persons exposed to noise in a large aircraft manufacturing enterprise were selected to collect occupational health monitoring data for 4 consecutive years from 2013 to 2016. Combined with the monitoring data of production environment, the detectable rate of hearing loss in different years was detected. The detection rate of new cases and hearing impairment of workers with different types of work and working years were analyzed statistically. Results the detectable rate of hearing impairment increased year by year (P0.05), the detection rate of new cases of hearing impairment decreased year by year, and the detection rate of new cases of hearing impairment in 2014 and 2016 was different, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The detectable rate of hearing loss in riveting workers was higher than that in flight test workers in each year (P0.05); the detection rate of hearing loss in the observed population increased with the increase of working time (P0.05). Conclusion the occupational protection and occupational health monitoring in this enterprise have achieved some results, and there is a dose-response relationship between hearing loss and the intensity of exposure noise and the time of exposure to noise.
