有机磷与拟除虫菊酯类混配农药对小鼠细胞免疫毒性作用及机制
[Abstract]:Aim to study the effect and mechanism of organophosphorus and pyrethroid pesticides on cellular immune system in mice. Methods based on the daily allowable intake (ADI) specified in GB 2763 / 2012 National Standard for Food Safety, Balb/c mice of SPF grade were randomly divided into 7 groups according to their body weight. They were blank control (saline) group, solvent control (corn oil) group and chlorpyrifos (0.01 mg/kg), malathion (0.3 mg/kg), cypermethrin (0.02 mg/kg), respectively. High efficiency cyhalothrin (0.02 mg/kg) and mixed agricultural medicine group (0.01 mg/kg chlorpyrifos 0.3 mg/kg malathion 0.02 mg/kg cypermethrin 0.02 mg/kg high efficiency cyhalothrin), 20 rats in each group, half male and female. Oral administration was performed once a day for 30 days. The peripheral blood leukocyte, lymphocyte, monocyte count, spleen lymphocyte transformation function, T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and serum Th1 cytokine level in mice were measured. Results there was no significant difference in splenic lymphocyte transformation function, leukocyte, lymphocyte and monocyte levels between each group and the solvent control group (P0.05). Compared with the solvent control group, the proportion of peripheral blood CD8 cells and the levels of serum IL-2,IFN- 纬 and TNF in the mixed agromedicine group were lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The percentage of CD3,CD4 cells and the value of CD4/ CD8 in peripheral blood of male mice exposed to each single dose group had no significant change. The levels of serum IL-2,IFN- 纬 and TNF, the proportion of CD3,CD4,CD8 cells in peripheral blood and the value of CD4/ CD8 in female mice were not significantly changed in all groups. Conclusion the mixture of organophosphorus and pyrethroids has a cytotoxic effect on male mice, and its toxicity intensity is higher than that of the same dose of single pesticide.
