广州市2014年中小学生营养状况及影响因素分析

【摘要】:目的了解广州市中小学生的营养状况及影响因素,为制订学校卫生工作策略提供科学依据。方法选取广州市30所中小学校,按年龄段(7~18岁)分层整群抽取14 931名学生,测量其身高及体重,计算体质量指数(body mass index,BMI),并进行问卷调查。结果广州市中小学生营养不良率为12.70%,乡村学生(14.53%)高于城市(11.91%),男生(13.34%)高于女生(12.05%),差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为19.47,5.62,P值均0.05)。学生超重率为9.58%,肥胖率为6.07%,超重率、肥胖率均为城市学生(10.48%,6.32%)高于乡村学生(7.53%,5.50%);男生(12.32%,8.04%)高于女生(6.80%,4.08%),差异均有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为131.13,102.62,P值均0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,16~18岁、男生、乡村学生、每周吃鸡蛋次数3次、体育锻炼时间1 h/d的中小学生营养不良风险较高;调整年龄、城乡、性别后,学校是否存在挤占体育课现象、学生上体育课的意愿、学生长跑的意愿是学生超重肥胖的影响因素(P值均0.05)。结论学生营养状况存在城乡差异,超重和肥胖所占比例较大。体育锻炼的时间和主观意愿对营养状况影响较大。
